Aesthetic Update

Hi guys,
Not much complexity to this update. It is, in its entirety, for the purpose of prettiness. While still not the best looking game out there, it looks possibly 1000% better than before (my opinion of course).
In practical updates, there are now more events for you to pursue, lessening the chance you get two of the same!
I have had bug reports of fear/respect climbing incorrectly, I will look into that. Also, the raise population button apparently broke with the aesthetic update, so Ima fix that too.
