Building statistics and persistence implemented

Hi guys,
This update just adds a bunch of buildings to the game (the blue boxes along the bottom of the game). Just names, levels and populations now, but these buildings will form the foundation of the game in the future.
Also, all login/registration bugs are fixed right now (that I know of) so no worries there.
UI scaling is on the list, as I know not everyone likes their games 1920x1080.
