This AI, made with both .Net and Rasa, is the latest in the Draconic AI series. While specific use cases are being made, the Rasa AI uses advanced machine learning to create organic conversation, whilst the .Net server supports it with an array of useful functions. 

Note: You will need Python 3.8, rasa and tensorflow to run the Rasa AI.
